Step 1 - Financial

Find this on the back of your bank card or your bank's official website. Save it here now.

Step 2 - Account Recovery

This is the email address or phone number used to reset your primary email account. Write it from memory if possible.

Step 3 - Reporting Portal

Select your country and the portal details will be filled in for you.

Step 4 - Trusted Contact

Choose someone who is calm under pressure, not likely to be affected by the same incident, and available by phone.

Step 5 - High-Risk Accounts

Usually: primary email, banking app, and either a work account or password manager.
